Creative Kernow approached Culture Radar to provide one-to-one mentoring and strategic support at a critical point of leadership transition and change in the organisation.
The mentoring relationship has drawn on Culture Radar’s expertise in a number of areas, including negotiating founder-director leadership transition; future visioning and planning; organisational review, restructure and recruitment; business planning; organisational culture and team development.
The mentoring relationship began in 2020 and ran through to 2022 to provide continuity of leadership support during significant change periods and the pandemic.
