Agile and remote working

7 July 2020

Client: Change Creation

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Change Creation commissioned and developed a series of intensive online sessions for its 2020/21 cohort of change leaders representing over 40 culture and heritage organisations across the UK.

Culture Radar and Change Creation Associates Michèle Taylor from Ramps on the Moon, Becky Chapman from Diverse City and Hannah Corneck collaborated to design a programme of workshops around agile and new working practices for the cohort, who had all rapidly switched to online working during the pandemic.

The workshops focused on:

  • Leading and managing distributed, agile and inclusive teams
  • Considering the pros and cons of distributed working
  • Necessary infrastructure and communications tools
  • Improving working practices that support and enable quality and meaningful work
