Creative Scotland commissioned Culture Radar in 2018 to research and review UK and international funding models for culture against new income and investment streams, including social investment, innovation and place-based approaches. The research informed Creative Scotland's internal funding review, and a public version of the report, Funding Creativity, provided background to the agency's national funding consultation in 2019.
