Bespoke support for cultural leaders

3 October 2022

Leading change and planning ahead can be lonely and daunting, especially in uncertain times.

Leading change and planning ahead can be a lonely or daunting task for cultural leaders, especially when so many things are in flux.

Whether you need practical advice, or just dedicated time to “do your thinking out loud” with expert support and guidance, our mentoring will help you focus, reflect and build confidence around critical leadership issues.

Our leadership mentoring (which can be delivered in person or online) is flexible and tailored to your needs, timeline and priorities. Recent clients have found mentoring ideal for:

  • Thinking through and planning sensitive organisational change and restructures.
  • Managing complicated strategic partnerships, or board relationships.
  • Gaining clarity around core artistic or business aims.
  • Preparing and finalising business plans or funding applications.

What you will get

  • A block of hour-long sessions with a Culture Radar mentor.
  • The number and frequency of sessions depends on the support you need. As a guide, 6-8 meetings over a 2-3 month period works well, but we will be happy to discuss and advise.
